Ordering
We only accept orders through our on-line ordering system from our retail (non-wholesale) customers at this time.

Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your CaveChick cookie purchase from our on-line store. We will allow you to return merchandise within 5 days of shipping date. Please return un-used merchandise in original box. Shipping charges will be at customers expense.

Delivery
Orders will ship within 1-3 business days after order received.

USPS Flat Rate shipping will be used and you can expect to receive your order within 1-3 days after we have shipped your CaveChick cookies via USPS. Days en route will depend on zoned shipping distance from Chicago.

We charge shipping on all items. Shipping charges are calculated based on size of order per USPS Flat Rate shipping guidelines.

Note:  In some instances, depending on order size, your CaveChick cookies  will be sent in multilple shipments.

Payment
On-line orders must be paid at the time you place your order via PayPal.

Other Considerations
Our Web site provides you with the opportunity to 'see' what you are buying. Extreme care is taken in packing and shipping your CaveChick cookies. In some cases, due to en route handling, your CaveChick cookies may shift in transit causing a few cookie crumbs. Alas, cookies crumble. These are meant to be enjoyed as well!
